The International Entrepreneurship University (IEU) is a legally registered private higher education institution in France, authorised to operate as a distance learning institution (établissement d’enseignement privé à distance) under the regulatory provisions of Articles L.444-1 to R.444-28 of the French Code de l’Éducation.
The Rector of the Académie de Paris has confirmed IEU’s legal compliance and authorisation to offer its Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral programmes with approved teaching staff. Although these programmes are not diplômes nationaux under the French national framework, they are fully authorised institutional awards delivered under ministerial oversight and supported by robust internal quality assurance aligned with ESG and EQF standards, ensuring transparency, integrity, and international comparability.
